We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.
Odell’s offers a one-time re-selection or refund within 14 days of receiving your merchandise if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All merchandise must be in original condition. Items that are purchased in “As-Is” condition are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise exposed to smoke, pets, stains or any other forms of damage or abuse may not be returned. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS. Delivery Fees are non-refundable after we have already been to your home.
If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. To start the return process, call us at the phone number found on your original invoice. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.
Defective Products:
If your product is defective upon arrival, notify your sales associate of the problem within 48 hours. They can help determine the best course of action.
*Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty that protects their purchase from damage due to manufacturer defects ONLY. See individual manufacturers for specific warranty information. NOTE: Most manufacturers require a service call to diagnose the problem-if you did not pay for the delivery of your product, you may be required to pay a service fee for this inspection. This excludes ALL items sold “AS-IS” and ALL of Odell’s Clearance Center merchandise.
Damaged Products:
Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all deliveries; Feel free to call us for our delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Customers are eligible for exchange if merchandise is delivered damaged by Odell’s delivery personnel. Excluding all items sold “As-Is” or from the Clearance Center. We will contact you to schedule another delivery or discuss other options.
The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the original store of purchase regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage and be in “like new” condition, e.g., no pets, no smoking, no stains. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or may incur a 20% restocking fee. Delivery Fees are non-refundable after we have already been to your home. After furniture is returned to the store, inspected and approved by management, your refund will be issued as follows:
Purchases made with cash or check will be refunded within 7-10 business days via check.
Purchases made with a credit/debit card or with financing will be refunded using the original credit/debit card or financing company. Processing time is dependent on individual banking institutions.
Special Orders:
Please be assured that your special-order items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. All special-order time frames are ESTIMATES ONLY. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time and know that production is out of our control. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse.
Special order merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee — even if not yet delivered — and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box.

You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
